The initial call out to disconnect our sink was a positive experience. However, when Morgan returned to connect the dishwasher on the Saturday, the service was below average. He believed he was there to connect a gas stove; we purchased an electric stove at the same time as the dishwasher. We discussed with him on the first visit we would like him to connect the dishwasher during the week. We made no mention of connecting a stove, certainly not a gas stove. When he returned to connect the dishwasher and sink, he made the comment, that he didn't realise that he had to connect the dishwasher as well as the sink and if he could come back Monday, because he didn't have the correct parts. We said we worked and so he said that he would sort something out. The dishwasher was connected. Later he asked if we had a drill, since he didn't have one in the van. We thought this was odd, since we thought that a work van would have the basic tools. He made a comment that he was doing us a favour by coming on Saturday, since we inconvenienced him. Admittedly, we made a time for the Friday to connect the dishwasher, but the electrician arrived late which held up Morgan, which was not his fault. However, he suggested Saturday, we didn't ask for it. Since then we noticed that there was a small leak under the sink. One of the pipes was not tightened, which we did tighten. The leak stopped. Overall we had the impression that he was disorganised, lacked attention to detail and did not want to be there.
